Rooibos, meaning "red bush"; is a herbal tea by many names: rooibos, bush tea, or redbush tea. Rooibos tea has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and muscle relaxant properties which are vital to calm down allergies and keep the body healthy. How to Use

Steep desired quantity in a reusable infuser for about 5 to 6 minutes.
